R. Veera Manoharan · MBA candidate, IIM Lucknow

Product manager for consumer AI.

After six years in XR product design and enterprise delivery at HCLTech, I'm moving into product management. I designed and built Atélier, a handwriting-first notes app for iPad, and shipped Alpine Skies, a browser flight sim that is live. Each case shows the bet, the trade-offs, and what has been measured so far.

Atélier: an AI notes app for iPad

Search handwritten notes by meaning, summarise them in one tap. Feature-complete and demoed; the search eval is next.

About

Where I sit

Product sits where user, business and technology overlap. I came to it from design: IISc and NID, then six years at HCLTech in XR product design and enterprise delivery for regulated industries. At IIM Lucknow I'm moving into product management.

Small things built to learn
PapertrailAsk a stack of PDFs a question; every answer cites the file and page. Learned: never mix embeddings from two models in one index.
Multi-agent routerA frontier model plans and reviews; low-cost models do the work. Testing whether it cuts cost per task by 40% for no more than 5 points of quality. Benchmark running.
